We talk with Mr.Rishi Bhutada(left) and Dr.Ramesh Rao(right)about "Bullying" and how it can be handled..Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior manifested by the use of force or coercion to affect others, particularly when the behavior is habitual and involves an imbalance of power. It can include verbal harassment, physical assault or coercion and may be directed repeatedly towards particular victims, perhaps on grounds of race, religion, gender, sexuality, or ability. The U.S. states have laws against it.

Dr.Ramesh Rao is a professor in the Department of Communication Studies at Longwood University in Virginia.He is an Executive Council Member of the Hindu American Foundation.

Mr.Rishi Bhutada is the Assistant Chief Financial Officer of Star Pipe Products in Houston, TX .He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hindu American Foundation.
