I am really happy for you guys and I listen to your radio station a lot. The best part about your radio stations is the sound quality which is really good. I hope this continues to happen as you get more subscribers and need for more bandwidth.
My Suggestions.
1. Have a clear bold link which takes us to how to listen this radio station.
2. I havent seen any instruction on how to listen to your radio using my BlackBerry Curve. If there is not one, please try to add.
3. if I visit merasangeet.com from my mobile phone it should automatically route to the page where it will ask us to download the Application for this radio station.
4. Add RSS to blogs.
I will add more to this thread if I realize more stuff.

Another suggestion
6. Include "Share This" icon inside the player applet popup. Using this people can post it on their Facebook or Twitter page mentioning that they are listening to this radio station. Other desi people will see this and will definately try to listen this radio station.

5. As most of the users are listening online check if the listener is really listening or has stepped out and wasting the bandwidth. I dont know how this is done but Pandora does it. it detects if the user is active by mouse movements. this will save lots of bandwidth for you people.
