Thought of another suggestion for your website:

Once you post your blogs/forum topic, you might have to check on them regularly to see if anyone has responded. How about your site having a capability of sending an email to you (the RJs and the members) if someone comments/responds to your blog/comment/forum topic!

That way you keep in touch with people who care about responding to you :-). I think that would be wonderful since it'll encourage people to visit your site more often and make everyone more actively participate on the topics that interest them.
