Since your Radio station is in USA but the listeners are around the world. For your all contests you just mention contest closing date but not the contest Closing Time. Is this US time? Please let us know GMT so that we can calculate time according to our country's time zone. Hope you will consider my suggestion and implement the same. Also please ask all your RJ’s to announce this in their programme.
