Hi, I joined today itself and here I am demanding something (sort of suggestion as well), I haven't been to lot many radio channel websites, but as a radio listener one thing I have always been fascinated about is how the RJs work in the studio.

Putting a webcam(or something) and showing it online could be one of the coolest features I can think of on this website, it would entertain me not only by listening to them but also by actually looking at them. By no means I want this to be a Television, radios are supposed to be radios but hey just thought of it as a cool thing that could be tried.
